The baggies I've bought in the past have always had minimal/fleece/terry towelling type inners which (I find) are pretty useless on a longer ride, so I usually take the liners out and wear lycra bibs under the baggies instead. It's never perfect though cos the baggies slip around and I'm constantly pulling them back up, especially at the back.
I'm going to be off on a multi-day tour in June, so what I'm after is some baggies with a proper pad inside, that are good for multiple days on the saddle. Or, I suppose, some baggies that will sit well over a pair of bibs. Any recommendations?
Buy good bibs and I would suggest some Morvelo RAD's over the top

Comfy light and zip pockets
Second on the Morevelo R&D has a rubber gripper at the back and I have no issues with them, bibs and slippage. Great shorts too!
My dirt baggies bibs and outers are excellent, not a low cost solution though.
Cheers, I'll check out the Morvelos
