Anything by k edge if you are flush or an ebay copy if not.

I've got a k edge on my good mtb bike and a copy on my winter bike. Both do the job. I like the stem fitting with the Allen key for adjustment. You can get new plastic inserts if they develop play but so far they have been bomb proof.
