Guy at work is after one (must have gears for hilly commute), not really bothered whether it has rack mounts.
He's 5' 8" so are we talking a 54cm or 52cm frame?
Would he be able to get a chromoly framed one for this amount?
I mentioned Boardman, any others you'd recommend?
Any good bargains in the sales?
