I've done the Marmotte, the etape (in 2006), the Gran Fondo Campagnola, the Drielander Giro and the Maratona (twice) and all were great but not sure what to do next year. Any suggestions?

Pyrenees?

Quebrantahuesos http://www.quebrantahuesos.com/
La Pyreneenne http://www.lapyreneenne.a3w.fr/

Not too dissimilar in terrain but QH has 9500 starters, La Pyreneenne only 1000.
La Pyreneenne similar to the Cugnaux-Luz Ardiden stage in this year's tour.

Quebrantahuesos in Spain is supposed to be really good and well organised, that is top of my list to do next year if i can do a Euro sportive.

Has free beer at the end too!

tour of flanders. the middle distance one, long one has a logistical mare of a start and a pointless slog along the coast into the wind. middle one is still a long ride (95miles) and start/finishes in the same place.

a great event and as hard as you want it to be.

Flanders and Roubaix are both ace (done Roubaix x3 and Flander x2 all full distance) but given the OP's list of events already done it seems like he wants mountains. Hence I'd suggest the Gran Fondo Pinarello. Not the biggest or hilliest but very varied (from sea level to ski station) with a great organisation.
