Just bought some forks with a 20mm axle 2nd hand. I had hoped I could convert my Mavic Crossland front wheel, but it appears that the converter Mavic sell won't fit it 🙁
So any decent deals about, or recommendations on decent brands, etc?
Is the 20mm axle a standard width, etc? So will any hub of that type fit?

I've got a brand new hope bulb mounted on a second hand mavic 317 rim with new DB spokes and brass nipples. I built it up as a spare for the three peaks ride we did for charity last year, everyone had 20mm front.
hub is setup for 20mm a kit can be bought to convert it to QR. I'd want 40 quid plus postage.
If you're not up for this I would recommend hopes or shimano both are easy to service. Also with 20mm make sure you grease the axle as when the bearings start to go they can rust onto the axle and its not easy getting it out.
