Is there anyone in the Alnwick area that rides out during the week? Would you mind having someone tag along?
I really want to get out and improve fitness and not go backwards any further as I only got back on a bike a couple of months ago after a long lay off.
Got one of those "magic shine" lights and the desire to ride but lack motivation on my own...
Hope there is some one out there...

toons rides regular at Thrunton during the week. Usually a tuesday i think. Thrunton not that far from you.
