As above. Something different to lucozade would be nice.

What do mean by "energy"?

You can make a basic fruit juice + water + a teaspoon of salt for a basic electrolyte drink, but proper energy drink have carbs in them. You can get maltodextrine (sp?) from health food shops, but you need to be careful about amounts and so on.

Apple juice and water 1/2 - 2/3 mix. Add half a teaspoon of salt (and a couple of spoons of sugar to each litre if you want). contains a mix of sugars and electrolytes, more or less isotonic erring on the side of hypotonic

50/50 OJ and water with a pinch of salt works for me for training. I use a proper one for racing though

Get a kg of maltodextrin from myprotein.co.uk for £3, i think that forms about 98% of most pre-bought energy drinks. Whack a pinch of salt in and make it up with Ribena, job done.
