Just serviced at lbs. lost travel during ride - now nearly 30% sag unweighted now.
Tips for resetting pos and neg air before return to shop?

Dual air, or Solo?

If dual air, just let the air out of both and repressurise. If Solo air undo the bolt in the bottom of the LH leg and there's a valve recessed in the leg, release air and start again.

Short term fix though, I'd be going back to the LBS, shouldn't happen at all.

Dual air.
Wondered if it mattered which order they were done?

Yes, it does. Upper first, then lower.

Was it a full service, including fork service, or just a service?

I'd expect to be paying a much higher premium for forks to get done at the same time.

Saying that I do a lowers clean out for any bike I 'service' and usually recommend a full fork service based on what I've seen.

Full service. No problem with going back - Cyclewise Whinlatter an excellent spot. Wanted to be sure it wasn't something I'd done.
