Anyone done this/know if it's possible? I have a pair of Crossmax Enduro wheels which I'd like to re-dish 3mm towards the NDS. I know that the wheels with Zircal spokes/threaded nipples are built to very tight tolerances so unsure.....

I'd be very wary. I broke a Zircal spoke on a road wheel in the Algarve a year or two back and ended up having to replace all the spokes on that aide of the wheel on Mavic's recommendation. They're under an awful lot of tension and it's easy to over-stress them.
I'd speak direct to Mavic and take their advice rather than relying on internet 'wisdom' tbh.
