I've always cycled for pleasure.. until the birth of my first child recently when I quit the fags and booze and really started pushing myself on the bike to try and improve my fitness levels..

I've never been a fan of exercise and I've lived a life of rampant debuachery.. but all that aside I'm enjoying the new lifestyle immensely.
My legs have a constant... err.. glow (?) not unpleasant and ever present.. a tightness.. and my energy levels are up and stress levels down..

so my question is this... avoiding injury.. what the score?

I went out for the first time in a while on friday night to a 'rave'. I danced my little heart out all night and this morning I feel like a steamroller has run over my legs and lower body..
