So, if my previous littlest gear was 22f-34r (not I ever used it) and I switch to 1x10 with 32f-36r as the littlest gear how much am I missing?

Lowest gear on old set up is about 17 inches ,on the new set up about 23 inches.So new gear is about 30% higher

Divide 22 by 32 for your original ratio
Divide 32 by 36 for the new one
