Can't seem to find the main RSP site and the higher end bikes seem to have been dropped.
They seemed to be doing well with the gravel/CX type bikes, great reviews and reasonable prices.
Overcoming preconceptions a bit to much, or am I just being a numpty?
Anyone?
Kinda interested to know but no information
To be honest I don't even know what they did except sell a few parts with RSP on them...
Do they actually design anything or do they just go to the Far East and find a cheap stem/dropper and ask how much to put RSP on the label??? Same with the whole bikes...are they just buying a generic frame or are they actually designing one to be made to spec ???
I'm just speculating really.... but I think that Raleigh itself got somewhat tarnished as brand decades ago ,,, ironically perhaps for doing what Dawes/Claud Butler etc. are now doing (they just started earlier)???
Mate works there, they mainly act as a distributor for other brands Lapierre etc as they are owned by a large foreign group. They are still doing the rsp stuff which is just rebranded products. The dropper is good value and the carbon bar is nice too.
Just got one of these for £20, seems really sturdy and relatively light at 49g (stated weight).
Who says you can't have all three?
