Perhaps a familiar story...

Got a few days off and got a cheap deal on a campervan so off to ride some places I don't get to very often.
Yesterday's ride was warm without a cloud in the sky awesome, lots of enthusiasm, did the ride packed up and headed off to get the ferry to the mainland

Off the ferry to dull & drizzle, so slogged the 3hrs up the road for the quick blast this afternoon and it just started pissing it down, so sat in the camper, cup of tea in hand listening to the rain, it's not that cold but it's miserable out there and the trail is only a 10km loop. I know I should just get out and ride but the thought of getting soaked and riding the next 3 days in squelchy shoes just makes me want to put the kettle back on!

Such a difference if you can just get clear of the car park in the dry.

Guess this and all the falling leaves really does mean summer is over down here ๐Ÿ™

Looks just like the van we had a couple of years ago ๐Ÿ˜€ Slow and horribly wallowy but that's not too much of an issue when you often drive 50-100km in a dead straight line between junctions !

I wasn't allowed to take a bike ion that trip though ๐Ÿ™

Does 110 with some encouragement.... The roll is a little off putting. Was meant to have the non coach built one just the conversion but ended up with this, quite glad as it's wet and plenty of room inside. Better forecast tomorrow... Will just have to go to the bridge Road brewery ow instead
