[#1966630]

spent an enjoyable evening away from the rain, headphones on listening to Radcliffee and Maconie whilst fitting mono minis to the bike, everything went well, no problems even with the usually annoying shim-tastic spacing needed this would not have happened i'm sure if i wasn't in a blissful mood whilst listening

thanks Mark and Stu

Yeah, I'm starting to get into that show now, and I agree, about Thursday nights.

I was on a long day a few weeks ago, and while driving at that time, I thought I'd stick the radio and listen, got Joe instead.
It was a Thursday
🙁

Had 'em on while I spacered my old 130mm Van fork down to 100mm, bit of trouble getting the spring-side top cap off but all sorted in the end.

Find some of their stuff a bit tedious (Teenage Fanclub FFS) but then they throw in something like that Edgar Winter track.

And always good to hear White Riot on the radio again 🙂

They helped me paint a mural of Snow White on my daughter's bedroom wall.

Hopefully they will be available this evening because I've got the hands to finish and then make a start on the assorted woodland creatures.

Harry, "assorted woodland creatures"? You gonna sneak a mountain-biker in there?

Its a great show. They can't help me fix my bike though. No matter how loud I turn the radio up, their voices are drowned out as the ear-splitting clanging as the sound of repeated blows from lump hammer reverberates off the garage walls.

Stuary Marconies books are well worth checking out if you've not read them. Pies and Prejudice being the best of the bunch IMHO

Another top show. Didn't get as far as the woodland creatures.

I miss Mark and Lard. Together. With Fat Harry White.

Radcliffe and Maconie just sounds totally wrong. Lard and Andrew Collins should set up their own show on a rival channel and get their own back.

Bloody hell HTS that's great after you've finished can you came round and do my daughters wall? If I tried she would end up with stick snow white and the 7 twigs.

I'm not keen on the show myself
The "banter" is very contrived and they always remind me how old and boring I am getting
