I can see some UK distribution having to change to make sure there's no competing products under the same roof...

Ooooh!

Sadly neither company can, or should, learn from the other anything about seal & bearing longevity.

"We look forward to leveraging our global marketing, engineering, distribution, and supply chain resources to collectively develop next-generation, high-performance bicycle ride dynamics solutions."

Do they really say this stuff with a straight face?

Either Mojo will have to take Easton/Raceface.....or more likely silverfish will take on Fox.
Interesting times ahead for Mr Porter 😯

Not necessarily, Press release says RF/Easton will remain in Vancouver with Fox obv still in Cali.
Distribution channels probably wont change much then and will likely still operate as separate entities on an aftermarket level.

at OE level, sure we'll see Fox family giving incentives to spec Fox/RF/Easton across a factory bike build. But that stuff doesn't touch distributors anyway

In some ways it's a shame to see some of the smaller companies being bought out by a bigger brand, but if it means investment and more good quality product - crack on. Are fox trying to build a range of brands into their company to compete with SRAM?

Total conjecture but I can't see that as being a short term move. It would involve the loss of all that expertise and possibly the major facility too.

I suspect we will see the two importers remain for a little while yet. Longer term who knows.

Much cheapness as well I'd have thought given Easton's litigation issues

If Fox went to Silverfish then what would Mojo be left with? It would make more sense for Silverfish to take over Mojos staff and facilities.
