I've tried two types of Stans Sealant. I've used the ordinary "Tire Sealant" successfully but when I tried "Race Sealant" it seems to go off too quickly and the 946ml bottle I have to top up my tyres - even after a good shaking - is now after six months too thick and gloopy that it won't get out the nozzle and through the valve into the tube. It's just a sticky mess of liquid and congealed lumps. Not had this problem with a ordinary "Tire Sealant" which has been good to the last drop in the bottle. Is this common?

I've not had that problem with it. I shake it upside down, then pour it into the tyre within seconds as it soon settles. If you've used a fair amount of the bottle then probably used a lot of the milk and left a lot of the solids in the bottle that's why it's clogging.
yeah, what ^ he said
I'd shove some of your non-lumpy jizz in there and give it a proper shake
You’re not supposed to put the Race sealant through the valve; it’s too thick and tends to clog up.

Thanks. My bad. I didn't know. But it is so clogged I couldn't even pour it out of the bottle without a gloopy lump stopping the flow. Back to Stans ordinary shite for me and it's cheaper.

thanks. That seems to be what has happened.
I didnt have the issues youre having OP, but I did find the race stuff went off in the tyre quicker creating several huge marbles! Never had that issue with the normal stuff and went back to it and havent since.
