I've no asociation to them at all, but thought I'd share my good experiences.
I'm sure I'll get some smart ar$ed comments, but hopefully someone will find it useful and use them.
I contacted Qwertycycles.co.uk to ask a couple of questions about Cannondale parts. Instead of the usual LBS / Internet shop timeline of 2 days to respond with a half hearted answer I got a comprehensive answer within an hour or so from Lloyd. Over 2 days I've ping ponged subsequent questions and again always had a quick and full answer as well as recommendations.
Ended with an order I placed yesterday that was dispatched same day.
Great service.
