Any pointers?

Just fancy a couple o hours mooch before work.

Going to be a wet one too!

I'd do something like this [url= https://file.io/LlEQdS ]GPX[/url] though I don't know the area that well and I'm sure I'm missing some good stuff. Also bear in mind that loop takes in the closed bridleway so you'd have to find a way round it.

Yeah I replied, went up there earlier in the week, just hoping for a quick loop as I am time restricted.

It's got to be the best "short" loop you can do from Roman Lakes. The group I ride with know that area really well & keep doing this exact same loop nearly every time, mainly as an evening ride.

Obviously I started from Stockport so all you have to do to follow this route is ignore the part between Stockport & Roman Lakes.
