My Luu light arrived yesterday - the only issue is there doesn't seem to be a lead to go from the charger block into the plug.
There is:
- the light
- the handlebar, helmet mount and strap
- battery
- two light-to-battery leads
- the empty plug
Can anyone with a Luu advise? 😕
(Will obviously be talking to On-One but wanted to shortcut that if poss).

Received mine yesterday, there should be the charger block with a fixed lead to go to the battery, the mains lead is a standard Euro two prong plug that attaches to the charger block via a standard kettle lead socket. There should also be a British three prong plug that unscrews/opens so you can slot the Euro mains lead prongs inside the British plug (if that makes sense).
Sounds like you are missing the Euro mains lead. You should be able to use any small kettle type lead (such as you get with camera battery charger blocks) if you have one.
Let them know - I believe there was some packing issues
