I haven't, but why not?
At worst will probably still be able to ride up to Crowcombe or Triscombe on the (snowy) roads, and descend trails from there.

I think it will be a problem getting to the carparks.

There are some large laybys on the A39 near Nether Stowey. I reckon they will be escapable 🙂
