Has anyone had one done? I have a FOX RP23 and am thinking about getting it done as it seems like a cheap and worthwhile upgrade. Cheaper than a service!
I am just over 100kgs, so hoping it will stop it blowing through the travel so much in the mid stroke.
I have had mine done and its a good upgrade.
I had an RP3 Pushed from new, to replace a 5TH Element Air. I'm 100-105kg and found that it worked a treat. Make sure you tell the service centre about your weight and how you ride. It is possible to have different damping tunes, it's not just a 1 shot thing.
Sounds like a good thing then. Am I right in thinking that in the £50 (TF Tuned website price), the shock will effectively be serviced as well. As the normal service price is £80! Making a £30 saving and getting a better shock.

I have just had the Float r done on my 2009 X3 Antherm after some one here said have it done a while ago and it is miles better and the bike feels like it has more travel and I do not seem to feel all the small bumps any more. Worked out mile cheaper than a upgraded shock. I would have it done again if I change bike at some time.
I had it done to the air shock on my heckler and loved it. Will get the one on my new xc bike done as soon it needs a service.
