In time honoured tradition, pics of an excited new puppy!

We got a very excited new family member last week.

Her name is Pippa and she is a german shorthaired pointer. From working parents, and very well tempered.

Usual training tips gratefully received.

She is generally peeing in the right place (paper by the door just now) but occasionally goes astray.

Daughter has one of those.

If we connected a dozen of them, on treadmills, to the national grid, we'd never be short of power again.
Lovely dogs, but completely exhausting.

i do like a gsp; fast like a greyhound (nearly), tough like a labrador, never met a mad one. Prepare yourself for long walks, and get yourself a 'whanger' :

Aww

Though get her out of that Christmas outfit, poor thing. I told Miss Houns off for buying Oscar a scarf!

The outfit quickly became a tug toy. I was not around when that appeared (gift from a friend).

tug toy ..no no no , why do you want to make a dog possessive over its toys . throw dummies with a treat/praise for retrieving .
