Polar are selling their Pacer Pro sports watch (newer cheaper model) for £210, used to be £300.
I've just bought one to replace my Garmin Forerunner which decided that talking to my phone was too much trouble.
So far it seems pretty OK, although I've only had it a few days.

Just saw these - Ride Concepts shoes for £37 (size 9 or 10 only)

I know, I know, Evans! But if you needs some flatties 😀
it's available (or has been) for a very similar price on places like Amazon when I did a cursory search.

The Adidas outlet at Gretna Gateway have 5.10 trailcross LT flat shoes for £28.00. Loads of sizes but in store only.
Nicked off HotUKDeals. Terrex paclite jacket £55. Look like a 1950s rambler 👍

Ta, I am going past tomorrow.

I tried one of the Adidas jackets on in our local TKMaxxxxxxx - really odd square cut, way to short to be of use on the hill.
re the trailcross shoes, a friend also let me know they had them priced similarly in the gunwharf portsmouth store
@chestrockwell - is this legit? A £500 rowing machine for £70?!
Yes mate, absolutely. They have to be rid of all stock by the end of the month so just want it gone. They used to supply Tesco and Argos so it's that kind of standard.
Endura MT500 full face black in m/l for £28.95
https://www.biketart.com/products/endura-mt500-full-face-mips-helmet?variant=42026455892147
that's insane, I've had 2 of these, brilliant helmets, i pedalled everywhere in my first for a the first couple of years of riding.. almost tempted to buy the MIPS version at that price

That's good to know! bought for ebike enduro laps and summer alps trip
I think someone mispriced it, the XL is 208.99
kimbers - there is only one way to fit your head in a smaller helmet, and I'm not sure you like the answer
Ordered one for my son. We’ll see if it shows up!
Just had a refund from Biketart so must have been an error as suspected. Up to £208 now
Yep, got mine too. Someone’s getting a bollocking this morning!
My email says it was cancelled "at the customer's request". Maybe they are trying to cover it up 😉
Balfes had these helmets at 79£ recently. Dunno if they still have or what sizes.
Maxxis Aspen tyres for £25. Lightweight and very fast rolling, perfect for current conditions. If enough of us buy them, we can definitely make it rain.

Home bargains have some camping bits in and as part of that have some butane propane mix 350g gas canisters with a standard thread for your normal camping stoves. £1.50 which is the cheapest I've ever seen!
They are not a very convenient shape (thin and tall) so you would struggle.to use directly except for a remote stove with a long hose.
However you can get an adapter to refill empties.
Earlier I fully refilled 3x standard empty 100g cartridges from a home bargains one and there's still a bit left over.
I'm not sure what the mix is so unsure of cold weather performance, but still 👍
I bloody love homebargains.
Also got Nigerian Guinness 330ml for £1.50 and various other treats. It got a bit more expensive than I was expecting on my visit earlier but I've got loads of swag
For those who didn't get your Endura full face helmets, Balfes have the singletrack for £69 - https://www.balfesbikes.co.uk/helmets-protection/helmets/endura-singletrack-full-face-helmet-in-blueberry__73037
I've got that helmet - it's pretty good and well worth that price.
Med & large now £33, bargain!
I've ordered the Singletrack full face XL last night at 33 but today price up to 50 so here's hoping it actually shows up! Have had confirmation so fingers crossed!

The £6 Aldi hydration bladder in store has the same "neck" fitting as many old school camelbaks, https://www.aldi.co.uk/product/adventuridge-hiking-accessories-000000000616899001
My go-to Muc Off Chamois Cream is £19.93 at Halfords at the moment.. extra £5 off with the free Motoring Club voucher (add a £1 item to push it over £20) brings it down to £15.83.

Big dump of Orange Stage Evo frames have landed on the site with 50% off if anyone is in the market? All sizes and a choice of shock as we go to press.
They've also dropped the price of some of the other kit on this page. Five or Alpine Evo frame + shock for £850 seems decent to me!
I'm getting a bit worried about Orange again now.
But I can heartily recommend the Stage Evo, or that Switch 6 mk1 frame they're doing for £900 - both great fun bikes.
Could be more trouble but, optimistically, hopefully this is just the long overdue trimming of the herd
TBH they've had some great deals for a good while now and drop the price the longer they hang about. Assume it's just stuff they have to shift (most of the bargains are not the current frame) as I've been waiting for a longer travel bargain in XL that has not materialised yet! Assume there'll be some new stuff before long?
Those reduced Orange prices now seem to be at the RRP they should have been in the first place. They now need to start discounting off those half decent "normal" prices.
20% off everything aside bikes & components (bikepacking stuff, cycle accessories & cycle clothing still seems to get the discount though) over at alpkit this BH weekend with code birthday20
Alpkit | Go Nice Places, Do Good Things
great price for a capable trail bike
Banana Industries has some £20 offers for the weekend including High Rollers and Aggressors both tubeless ready , trying to convince myself I don't need any more tyres for ages !
^ any resistance to making unnecessary pneumatic purchases is futile.
If anyone fancies gambling with Endura sizing/quality, there's 20% off site-wide today including already-reduced stuff: https://www.endurasport.com/
some good deals over a polar on watches
m430 only £65

If you can point me towards the other UK hand built full suss frames with a decent shock for £900 RRP I'm all ears!
Why would it have to be UK built? I don't see that as a plus. TW probably have the best frame builders.
Because the one you're on about is, so comes with the related additional cost. The RRP of a decent hard tail frame is north of £900 these days!
