Brandx lever kit (lever & cables) is only £13 too.

Ha! I bought 5 for a quid each during the firesale. I'll never use the levers but figured I won't need to buy another dropper cable for years!

Damn that's an incredibly good price on the helmet, speaking as somebody who paid full price for one about 3 weeks ago

@Tom38 @Mildred

If you put links to the actual deals STW should get a little kick back for the transactions and people can actually see the deal, see I tried searching "tubeless gubbins" but it doesn't bring any results. 👍

Some very good prices on ION clobber on SportPursuit.

I've just ordered a waterproof jacket for £41 which appeared to RRP at £170-250. Plus some cheap undershorts, gloves, jersey etc.

Good quality stuff, from previous experience.

ALDI have got cheap 'sports glasses' in the middle aisle for £2.99. Might be good for those of us that lose them regularly.

I ordered some cheap jerseys and gloves from SportPursuit which is very nice....except my emails now say they're going to take two months to arrive! Make sure you check estimated despatch dates when ordering.

Found them!

Inov8 Roclite boots on Amazon.

Coming from Amazon US so delivery is slow but I've taken a punt on the size 10s.

Those Oakley kneepads just arrived.

Surprisingly large but seem comfy, will give them a try this week.

BOGOF on Specialized tyres

Has anyone managed to get the offer to work? Got 2 x Butcher 29x2/6 in my basket but still showing as full price rather than BOGOF...

Edit - sod it, think I've picked the only tyre in their offer which isn't actually in their offer.

No they've taken the extra £25 offer off. Still a bargain at £65 if you have a big noggin.

I sent the link to my mate this morning, and he ordered it at 10ish with the code. Guessing it was removed soon after.

I'm now looking at the Eliminator 29x2.6 but still figuring out how it'd compare to a Butcher. I'm enjoying thePurgatory/GroundControl combo I fitted to my trail bike for summer but looking to replace a past-its-best 2.6 DHF on the front of the G16.

Also some discounted Spesh tyres here: https://www.thebikefactory.co.uk/shop/components/sub/tyres/specialized-specialized-eliminator-grid-trail-2bliss-ready-t9-76238115/option/. I'm not certain an Eliminator is a suitable front tyre though - it's a Butcher I really need I suspect.

Two DH hillbillies coming for about £54 with delivery 👍

Not sure why I like these tyres because they don't stop me from falling off 😱.

Currently nursing a broken hand from fort William!

I prefer the Butcher but other half runs Hillbilly front Butcher rear all year round.

I was tempted to stock up but we have enough spare to last a while.

Hope you heal quickly 🤞
