Just a note with that one - being just the Solar (not solar sapphire), it won't have sapphire glass. Also, solar doesn't charge, it stops the battery draining quite as quickly in the right conditions.
Fenix have slightly longer battery life due to the duller (but arguably better in bright daylight) MIP display. Epix have a brighter amoled display. I'll still get 20 days out of the Epix.
20 days navigating! My (now sons) Epix Gen 2 never did that.
I cant comment on the difference re Sapphire, but I used my Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar to navigate for 6hrs yesterday (rain/cloud occasional sun) and the battery dropped from 74% to 55%. Yep, a bit a**l, but I was specifically checking performance.

Re @TheArtistFormerlyKnownAsSTR comment, I only wear my Garmins when following a route or recording an activity. Used the Epix to tell me my sleep for a few days was poor and then stopped using it as a watch.
I use my Fenix 6 solar for Strava tracking at least 2 hours a day and wear it 24/7. I charge it every 3 weeks-ish, and even then it usually has about 20% charge left. The solar definitely keeps things topped up; I always make sure the watch isn't covered by my jacket/glove.
Absolutely fantastic bit of kit, would highly recommend a solar Fenix to anyone!
Rear shocks in various but fairly common sizes, e.g. 190x45 RS Deluxe Select for £80ish delivered - may or may not face additional duties (but eBay checkout stated not). Seller is a known retailer in Germany I've used before.
Bought one as spare for my Tallboy. Nothing fancy but might stick it on for winter use to save my fancy shock.
Got a couple of these as possible 100->120 travel increase for my Sniper and Mrs B's Blur, also as bargain backup.

Got a Fox 165x45 Trunnion for the Sniper which decoded as: 2022 PERFORMANCE SERIES FLOAT 3POS, Part number: 972-05-068 Description: 2023_22, FLOAT DPS, P-S, A, 3pos, Trunnion, Evol LV, Lapierre, Zesty TR, 165, 45, 0.6 Spacer, LCM, LRM, CMF, Standard Logo. Which is nice, because it's the exact same tune as the Sniper.

I've got a 36 inside leg and a 36 inch waist according to most trousers. My waist is definetly bigger than that.

48 hour delivery turned on a 16 hour delivery. They've arrived and they fit nicely, so my XL order was right...but suspect my waist isn't as small as I thought!
Properly thin material so shouldn't get too hot. Arrived stickered up with a price tag of £240...genuinely can't see that being right! Also has a 50% off tag with £119 written on it...still can't see them being that much brand new, however for £24 + £7 delivery, I'd say they were well worth it.
Looking at those shocks, are there any rules of thumb when converting from RS to fox, and air to coil? Or are coil shocks generally all much more similar because they all share the same linear spring rates anway.

I've found google Gemini is pretty good at summarising the suitability of the shock based on your bike and what it currently has fitted.

Curious about those battery packs mentioned above. How would that work realistically I’m wondering. My bike has a built in 400wh battery and 250wh RE. Even on mains however, it takes 3 or so hours to charge. My logic would be then, what size battery booster thing would you need for a lunch hour charge? Is it simple as saying 1 hour of charging would get around 150wh, less 20% loss, so ,albeit a 200wh battery bank would do as a top up? Having written all that, such a product seems like it would be pointless for the benefit so forget all I wrote. Better, I imagine, to have too much capacity in the booster pack.
Edit, something like this might get a single charge on an overnight somewhere without a mains supply?

For charging a single bike wouldn't the mini be the best option? It'll do 800w so more than enough for the fastest bike chargers (which are about 500), it's 3kg lighter, smaller and, if you want to charge it from your car while you're driving, works out £125 cheaper because the adapter is built in.
