They last a bit longer than Deore in my opinion, and for just over a tenner that is a great PSA. Thanks OP.

Ta very much OP.

Recently popped the seals off a Deore and XT to re-grease to see if it prolonged their life. They looked pretty identical apart from the XT having a slightly more robust looking seal.

Id be getting another, but I've had a spare kicking around for a couple of years as the one in the winter bike amazingly refuses to die!

Arrived yesterday, no box but all looks good.
Hopefully get it fitted this weekend if my new frame turns up 😛

Yep, mine arrived, two spare in my parts box, arrived without box but not worried as all sealed in plastic bag.
