Billy (geddit) bargains!

I've always fancied a Salsa bike, but I'm not going to scratch the itch. Oh no, definitely not. Absolutely no way am I going to buy another bike.

Aaaaaah!!

Shame the horsethief isn't just slightly better specced. It's a bargain still, but I would have really liked to pay more for a better spec.

Yep spec put me off, I've been eying up a horse thief for a while. With that spec I would ended upgrading all of it. May as well get a frame...

That's insane VFM, the spec's aren't great at RRP, but aren't bad, but at those prices even if you were picky enough to notice the difference between motion control and RCT3 dampers (maybe), or SLX and XT (unlikely) that's a lot of wiggle room for upgrades.

Check up on my arm tomorrow, maybe, just maybe..................

Damn you! The Casseroll is the right size and I'm wondering if I'd stretch to an XL Fargo... 6'2" and find a 20" Inbred a bit short...

How much better would that Spearfish 3 be vs a 25lb ASR5?

Please tell me it wouldn't.... 😕

It would be 100% better at being a new bike.

Was just recently looking at swapping out my 29er frame.

Bike of swapping round and selling on, pretty much justifies itself.

Shedbrewed - I'm about your size, ride XLs, and have somehow managed to rack up 4 Fargos (although I've just sold one and am selling another as two is enough for any man....)

My judgement is that the XL would be spot on at your size I reckon.

That casseroll is a bit of a bargain. I paid £799 for mine and considered it a great price.

That's along the lines I've been thinking but with a Rohloff. Luckily I've convinced myself I need the XS rather than the S.

Usually, but it's different bikes, different brands etc..... but companies are always selling off last years models cheap when releasing new ones.

My Commencal Meta AM was silly money, Bionicons are silly cheap right now too, as obviously are Salsas.
