haha you cock - yeah willingly knowing your ripping a company off is an admirable thing to do - hats off to you thieving scum....

I think you might need to have a quick look in a dictionary at what a 'thief' is and what the definition of what ripping someone off actually means.

i did this without realising, just thought they had got symbols mixed up. Hey ho, i may get a bargain i may not. But a company as big as that have made a mistake, if they were that bothered or vigilant they would have picked it up in the day/s before hand.

tbh they probably got orders that they wouldn't have otherwise got and I am sure their profit margins are big enough to absorb the error.

On the plus side that fact they honoured the sales shows how they are actually a really nice company I will continue to use (I didn't order anything during this c*ck up btw). Maybe their rapid shipment means they didn't have time to not cancel orders, maybe they could have done for some but either way they are a company I like.

you can skip around it all you like, i know it, you know it and the rest of the forum knows it - whether you kid yourself that its an error on their side thats upto you, but its still knowingly thieving profit from them.....you know its an error and wrong, how is the lawful?? and even if it is, its certainly not the 'right' thing to do...

i'd just like to point out that i hadn't read this thread before i ordered...

oh and i hope everyone who took advantage of the oakley "deal" after reading the thread on here sent them back. no, thought not (i'm aware they completed the orders as a good will gesture, however it would have been better goodwill to tell them not to give their product to you for free)

Can't see what you have gained from doing this to be honest

Oh sure. Then you have a pop at OW for being a straight guy and pointing out the problem to Rose.....they set up a good business over there and you think it's ok to rip them off. Another idiot. Shut up.

Opportunists taking advantage of an honest mistake, advertising said mistake on here then getting abusive when people report the cock up to the company involved. Quickly followed by post opportunist guilt....this place rocks 🙂 .

For the record, I was tempted to take advantage but decided it was the wrong thing to do. Fair play to OW for owning up to informing them but do people really think he was the only one....or that RoseBikes wouldn't have realised after the last 24hrs of orders anyway? 🙄

The vendor isn't obliged to sell it to you at the marked price (or even at all), but it could interest local trading standards if it's a regular occurrence, and there could theoretically eventually be some offences.

They didn't have to honour any purchase that was made due to wrong pricing meaning they've sucked up their mistake and moved on.

Wind your neck in OW. Would you now care to write an apology to CRC for slagging their delivery times off like you did not so long ago on this forum?
Don't start being holier than everybody else.

Are those that are having a go at OW doing it because they we're going to order some more stuff or are they outraged on behalf of any future shoppers?

On a slightly off tangent note on pricing....

If you get a return from reading to Birmingham on the train on day of travel it costs about £82

But if you get a return to Banbury and then from Banbury to birmingham it's only £43

So to save my company Money I do the latter.

That pricing always amazes me so just had to share that in the moral debate 😉

hahaha having a go about a delivery time from CRC compares to ripping off a nice friendly legitimate probably hard working company 😆 and whats more im legitimetly slagging crc off for the non dispatch you fool, they even agreed with me and couldnt understand why it hadnt 😆

wind my neck in?? what i am winding my neck out at etc? 😆 because i told a company that i like to use that something wasnt right with their payment?? just like id tell them if they over charged me too....

i seem to remember everybody slating crc for the card scam thing- yet you are willing to scam a company of the same ilk....

some of you people are pretty rotten is all that can be said...

it makes me sad to think about whats been written above, all i did was point out to a nice friendly company that their pricing had gone a bit weird....

why did you feel the need to post about it on here - to provoke a reaction, nothing more.

not a reaction no, to let you morons know that if you were actually interested in buying things now, you would have to pay full price. YOU KNOW LIKE YOU SHOULD HAVE TO.....instead of getting repeated 'is it still working' or 'damn i wish i could have thieved abit earlier today' etc etc etc

the only reaction it should have got was .....thread closed....

instead the greed yet again gets the better, and people can only be bitter against not getting something for nothing...

We had a glitch, some people got bits a bit cheaper, not that we're not already pretty keen on pricing.

Anyway - people who bought - all happy, people that didn't I'm sure you liked looking at our website.

Thanks for the interest guys.... :o)
