What makes you think its a glitch? They seem to be super cheap at the mo? There was a thread about 2012 XT brakes for £65 an end recently...

EDIT - just seen other threads... don't see those prices for me on the site? £136 an end for xtr brakes and £322 for cranks...

They have their conversions wrong.

When you put things in your basket it has the GBP price, then a lower price in euros which is actually the conversion done the wrong way. Then when you pay you get the conversion done the right way.

ie a £228 Reverb will be £175 + postage.

aha. just put a basket through to the paypal page and yes, its converting at £1.14 to €1 instead of the other way around.

which is a 30% discount.

Not sure you should be be taking this sort of advantage - if it is

Hopefully they'll notice the mistake and correct all the invoices

So are these the XTR trail brakes 988 ? or the 985 ?

all the calipers are M985

the M988 refers to the levers which are the trail version

Not quite true, the stock pads are different on the Trail brakes - they have the cooling fins, but yes, the actual caliper is the same.

Nice one dirtyrider- just ordered the m988 trail brakes for £222!! Id been holding off because I thought they wernt the trail brake (listing says m985) but like you say once you click through to the listing it states it's the m988 lever and comes with finned pads. Realising they are the trail brakes and that they're £50 cheaper than I thought- instant purchase 🙂

there's definitely something weird going on with their website - just ordered £120 worth of stuff (inc postage) and paid €101 for it via paypal... checked the euro prices on their website and it would have added up to about €143s worth. odd. will see what happens.

I bought a BB this week and it was priced correctly, however it came with a mug and arrived yesterday so all is forgiven for not undercharging me.

my slx brakes worked out at about £43 each. Ordered earlier and have a paypal receipt but nothing from them directly and its not in "my orders". Is this normal??

XTR pads show on their site at €7.80 (£20 retail here!), how much are they once they've cocked up the exchange rate!?

Found the voucher but a reverb comes out at £230 for me, seems they may have corrected the mistake?

Am I doing something wrong?

I log in, put a 230 quid reverb in my basket.... go to checkout, choose "pay by paypal". When it takes me to the paypal page, it still says 230 quid.

Is there something I'm missing - or have they fixed the mistake 😥

i'll be honest - ive emailed them to tell them of the cock up and how something seemed strange with paypal...i dont think its right and it seems that they have adjusted accordingly...

call me a bell end/ cock etc but they are already cheap as chips to start off with without us UK'ians raping their profits...

apologies in advance for you bargain hunters 🙁

in my defence, in case you think im just a spoil sport, i literally questioned it before ordering because it didnt make sense to me, when i did order the value was different, hence me bringing it up with them, so i think probably thats what caused the change...

seems strange not sure how on earth it happened anyways....

well what you paid on paypal is what you have paid, so the order will be shipped and charged on the paypal basis, obviously in your favour....

have you just done it? if so then its still working id guess....

k'in hell, I like a bargain as much as the next person (I just assumed un-maliciously they had got the £/euro symbols mixed up somewhere int he database and the prices shown were euro prices, but with £ symbols).

But Rose bikes don't appear to be a cover-up for the Nazi party!

A man is being mugged in the street, would you step in and interveen? There's nothing in it for you? However if you mug him you could make a few quid, is that what your saying?
