A ladies uplift day is happening tomorrow at Innerleithen, organised by Diva Descent who put on the UK's first females' downhill event earlier this year. A couple of places have become available if anyone is interested. Short notice, I know, but it will be a fab day.
Cost is £30 for uplift all day. Meeting at Innerleithen trails car park at 8.30 for a 9.00 start. It will be a smallish group and everyone is very supportive and friendly if the original DD is anything to go by. I am not one of the organisers, I am a fellow participant, and no money is being made from this event, well apart from the geezer who runs the uplift service!
