Money doesn't seem too bad to me, but it depends what your priorities are I suppose.

Priotity is paying the bills and feeding the wife and kids.

12 month contract too.

I guess I'll never be a professional event organiser.

No wife and kids but I am currently living ok on about half that much (working part time).

Cool. It'd be great to work for a company that is completely detatched from the real world of cycling in the UK.

Harry that comes across pretty badly mate...lot of people out there worried sick about their job security or maybe have already lost one ๐Ÿ˜ณ

No thanks - not really qualified and if I wanted to work full time at the moment then I would.

I just think you should be aware there are a lot of people out there earning a lot less than that and living just fine.

That wasn't my intention. It depends on your circumstances. As a forty-something with a wife, kids and a big mortgage it's a risk.
