Out of interest was the helmet wearing in the recumbent for the telly, or were you actually racing wearing them? Just thinking they can't of helped on the temperature front.
Though I guess if you're sat in a pool of wee for 24 hours, that's probably least of your worries 🙂
I should also say, i've not laughed that hard at the telly for absolutely ages!

Well that looked great. Unfortunately though I've been sat in a room full of shrieking women who've drank too much wine so didn't hear much of it.

I enjoyed that. The overly dramatic editing might have made some stuff a little too dramatic but knowing what it's like to ride for a long(ish) time my hat is doffed to you both, and to the team and your families who had to put up with the training. Well done!

Interesting to note that the solo record on a regular TT bike is 541 miles!

You didn't really beat the tandem 24hr record though, did you? It's a new record for a two person HPV 24hr ride.
It's got two people, so it's a tandem.
