Someone was asking about the Colthouse downhill. Anyway I rode it today.
Good news:The top muddy section has been repaired and is rideable now
Bad News: the rest of the downhill has been completely ruined. It’s been flattened by a bulldozer and all the interesting drops filled in.
imho it’ll be two years before it’s worth riding.

yes. It was one of the best bridleways in Claife. A real pity.
