Thatโ€™s the one you can pop a Z1 coil kit in as well.

I've been looking at it but can't find clear info online about the internals. I can see it's made of cheaper aluminium so will be a bit heavier than the Performance version. I think it has the same Grip damper as the Performance version but some sources suggest it doesn't have the Evol air spring.

Better than a Lyrik dual position with the RCT3 damper?

Are you sure? It says "E-Tuned" which I think makes it the e-bike version with thicker stanchions, so uses 34 internals.

Isn't Rhythm a lower end damper?

That would be E-Optimized. E-Tuned is just the damper

That Rhythm fork has the thicker stanchions and Z1 sized internals. And the ace (cheap) damper that's idiot proof even if not as adjustable... same as Performance, but not the same as Performance Elite.

I was gonna link to the Stif sale ones (if they still had them, which are the better damper, but ther website doesn't seem to be available.

I think the Rhythm and Performance both have the Grip damper, the Performance Elite and Factory have the Grip2. The Grip is a very good damper, I have one on my performance 34 and it's great.

I still don't know if the air spring is the same as the higher end models, I'd like a 36 but would want to be able to increase the travel.

Different air spring. Same internal parts as Z1.

anyone spotted good deal on a 29er pike ultimate, the previous charger 2.1 version? Wouldn't say no to a Lyrik either.

I've never owned fox forks, am I right in thinking its a bit more costly to change the air spring compared to rock shox?

I'm after 130/140mm forks for a tallboy 4

Depends on the model with Fox. Is usually a fair bit pricier than RS
