On One Knuckleball carbon bars 777 black hard now at £34
El Guapo Corto 35mm stems £21
Had these in the past and have had no problems with them.
Shame not to order at that price so I did

That's a bit bloody short innit? Or is that the bar diameter? 😉
Not really that short. They do them in 35, 45 and 55. Went down from a 60mm stem 720mm bar to a 35mm 780 bar and felt a lot better on my Enduro. Had the advantage of trying the set up on Abigales bike first so I didn't make a mistake.

I'd bet my bike collection* that that item is 35 whole mm of finest (well some type of) aluminium.

*or 50p. Whichever is closest to hand
