Helmet sounds like it'll suit me well in an XL/2XL size and I was startingto think my current one was looking a touch worse for wear and thought I'd pick up some of the gloves too.

Will most likely give them to my Mother to [i]surprise[/i] me with on the 25th.

Shipping of 6.99 only really makes it worthwhile if you're buying expensive/lots of things.
Edit: Actually it's still the cheapest place for the pads. Haven't checked other items. Helmets look good value if you are sure of your size.

Been wanting some for ages since they have that weird soft-until-you-hit-them-material in (that I've seen in use before and it's great) and will hopefully not annoy the crap out of me the 99% of the time I'm not actually falling off

I did get a Tectal in my order. They've just sent a confirmation through with it removed, so I guess they're out of stock. I think I would've preferred a "We're out of stock" email rather than this information being hidden away on an email attachment.

Just received poc tectal helmet arrived today/tonight looks very splendid

The POC knee pads showed up.
Felt like they were biting into my shins at first, but once I fiddled with them and wore them a bit (body heat) they were nice. I even wore them all day under my work trousers

Now I need to fight the urge to buy the elbow ones

Got my Cortex Flow yesterday. Fits great looks good and with my knee pads, elbow pads and VPD Vest makes me look like a real saddo wannabee.
Good service and bloody cheap.

Indeed I am. But I don't bounce as well as I used to. The pads get used a lot but the hat and vest are for the proper days out that the Ridgeway doesn't offer. There's some sketchy stuff on Portland that gets me well frit in the wet too. Mmmmm slippery Portland Stone.

I've just paid £75 for a POC full-page off of Mantel.

I got some gloves as well, very light but both the helmet are away till Xmas day........

I've got a tectal race in grey which I've received today but it's not for me 🙁
