If you use BOA laces and a lace snaps or dial breaks the warranty service is absolutely top.
Filled in the online form on Tuesday (5 minutes top, no receipt needed) and a parcel arrived Thursday from Austria! New dials, lace, nifty tool and really easy to follow instructions. They put an extra set in for the other shoe so that they match.
All free of charge. Very impressed!
