The drive side thread on the bottom bracket shell of my Cannondale Prophet has stripped.
Has anyone else had this on a Prophet? A bit of Googling shows it might be common.

I'm the original owner and the frame has a "lifetime" warranty, what are the chances of Cannondale helping me out?

Cannondale told me I didn't have a lifetime warranty on one of my frames (different one), even though the receipt I returned as proof of purchase said "life time warranty" at the top 😯

Try it by all means, but off-hand I sent mine to Goldtec & had a "threaded insert" put in for £60 (+ P&P)

Mines fine .I think the warranty stays with the original owner, its not as life time as you would think. But I would happily be corrected.

[i]A mate's prophet did the same on the drive side. Betd fixed it and iirc they were not at all suprised at it being a(nother) prophet! Great repair job from them and they are great frames, even if they wont honour the warranty, i would certainly put another £60 in to keep it going if it was mine. If they did warranty it would they repair or replace, and if so what with? They dont make a 26" 140mm ish frame any more, the trigger is a 650b but also has a bb30 not threaded one like yours.
It would be interesting to see how 'lifetime' their warranty turns out to be! (Speaking as someone well within the weight limit of his purchased-new cannondale, and already in posession of a warrantied bb on it....) please keep us posted about how you get on with them.

I'll dig out my paperwork and maybe have a chat with my local Cannondale dealer, (the shop I bought it from no longer sells Cannondales) and take it from there.

I'd be quite happy to spend £60 to get it fixed, I've had it 5 years and I still like the way it rides. I've been thinking about changing it for something more modern anyway but what I don't know.

Well, I put a new BB cup in last night. There were just enough threads left to get it tight, hopefully it'll get me through the weekend.
