kidding about the enduro bit, but i need some new shorts.
baggyish, hardwearing, tough weather resistant if possible.

Do they need a flap or are you happy with just pulling them down?

RF Ambush. Tough as old boots and pretty waterproof.

Last forever shorts - Cactus Supershorts. They'll be tough as anything when they're new and you have to break them in.

Enduro Link: As worn by Jamie Nicoll last year.

Alternatively anything by N:Zo lasts forever. In fact their dobie's are rumourd to predate Jamie Nicoll.

I'm pretty partial to my intrepid campaign shorts. Not really water proof but tough as old boots, baggy and really comfy with loads of pockets and good vents.

I'm starting to think that my old Dakine 8 Track shorts are indestructable. In fact, all of my dakine stuff is still going after years of wear. I think I'll buy some more.
Just avoid anything by One Industries. Total, complete shite.
