[Closed] Powdercoating/Anodizing bike parts

I am in the process of building up a singlespeed, and would like to colour code some of the bike bits (its a bit of a project, hence the fussiness).

I need to spray my black Deus XC stem WHITE,
Polished bontrager cranks to BLACK, and the bashguard also black or better yet in WHITE.

What would be the best method for each of the parts? I believe anodizing might be better for cranks as from what I have read it wouldn't rub off as easily. Does anybody have experience of doing that, or know any companies/people that have the right equipment for that?

Powdercoating should be an easier option though, as a friend owns a car business and does a lot of spraying/etc (but not sure whether it is suitable for the cranks).

Any advice would be great!
