You need to have the photo hosted on another site
Then use the IMG button on the Reply/Post box. Insert the URL of the image in the box
Voila
You need to first put the photo onto a photo sharing site such as
Flickr:
[url= http://www.flickr.com/ ]www.flickr.com[/url]
or...
PhotoBucket:
[url= http://photobucket.com/ ]photobucket.com[/url]
And then get the embed code from the photo you uploaded to the site, it will all be in HTML format. Then copy and paste it into a post and Bobs your uncle 🙂

On Flickr just click on the photo you want to upload, and in the top right of the screen click 'share this' and then scroll down to the third option which is 'embed it'. Copy and paste that HTML code into a post and there you go... 🙂
