I'm selling a frame and I might need to post it. What's a good company to come and pick it up and how much will they charge? Thanks.

parcelmonkey.co.uk , as long as it stays under 20kgs it will be £7.50 + vat + insurance which works out at roughly £11 overnight.

Really easy and if you pack carefully you can send a bike for this price too...
