I have some 2009 Reba SLs that "feature" the gopping black plastic Poplock contraption on them - at least I think that's the right name for it. Having 5 cables / hoses coming from the front of the bars just isn't doing it for me at the moment...
I believe the Pushloc (silver thing) can be retro fitted to replace it, but is there an inexpensive way of just having it so that lockout is adjusted on the fork, not at the bars?
Cheers
Yep, you can get a knob thingy, you have to take a spring out of the MC damper, I think PeterPoddy did a good guide, it's very easy to do.
I took the whole MC damper out of my Reba World Cups, I always ran the Flood Gate wide open, so it made no real difference, but it saved 120g!

OK, Nick - thanks. I'll mail you once I've got somewhere with it! I've emailed PeterPoddy - and I'll forward the guide on to those that have asked, if he's ok with that (which I'm pretty sure from previous threads that he is!)
cheers
You're a gent, many thanks ๐

I just used a short cable, I don't know what PP's guide is but I don't see how it needs to be (or could be) any more complicated.
I've got the Poplock off now - so, Stainypants, if you want to email me, it's yours! Cheers.
