[#4199223]

Got some from kaesae that look good, but a few questions.
On the linkage it is difficult to press out/in bearings as the sides of the linkage are not parallel so things go a bit wonky.
Any tricks?
Off to buy a bit of tubing to make a split Collet type removal tool.
Any idea what diameter to get for the smaller 6800 bearings???

Thanks
Chris

Press in with a vice if you have one.
Plenty of grease on them helps
You might be able to press them in by reassembling and pressing them in as you screw the bolts back in

Just a couple of ideas. 🙂

in is no problem as all parallel them. Got vice too. Its getting them out that is the problem as they are corroded in and not parallel

Post up how you do it once you've figured it out, mine will need doing at some point, not looking forward to it when mine eventually go.

will post up when I find a solution.
Just got some 10mm steel tube from B&Q to make a split collet tool.
Cost me the princely sum of £3.01 got 1m, so about 10 tools should I need that many

I just knocked mine out with a drift and all was fine. The split collet tool will prob be much easier
