I spent 2 weeks camping/walking/scrambling there about 10 years ago - highly recommended! No idea about biking though - sorry! If you're into birds (of prey) there's loads to.

Spent two weeks in Potes and Fuente De, Great place, you'll have to search out routes unless you can find a guide but theres loads of good tracks, nothing too technical but good fun.

Give me time and I'll find some maps out and can let you have some refernce points for the rides I know. There is/was only one lift you can take from Fuent De which is a good trip and nice 20min descent back to the bottom of the lift.

Went there last June and also a couple of times in the early 1990s.

Spanish site in English with lots of routes in that area

Been there with the family for the past 3 years. Mainly go for walking, but have taken bikes twice, both times were very good fun (if you like tarmac) Seems that finding off road tracks is quite hard, tracks which seem good quickly turn into a dead end, i would recommend perhaps walking and exploring for the first week, then us the bike on the trails for the second week.

What ever you do i can assure you, that you will have a great time! i'll fine some snaps from summer 2007s trip (without bikes this time)for you 🙂
