Does anyone have a phone number for Superstar that they will actually answer?
I have tried 0845 4758338. This just puts you to a voice mail which is full and doesn't allow anymore messages to be left.

Thanks

Steve

I wish to discuss a missing order.

Is there something I should know?

Let's just say that Neil (Mr SSC) has some history on here and his customer service has at times been 'interesting'...

As long as you don't use a rock to crack a nut, you will be fine.

Just for the voice of balance, my experience has been fine. Head on my seatpost came loose, good communications, simple process, turn around time of about a week. Have you tried email - when i've sent questions I've had a response within a day.

Try an email, or even through facebook as both are checked by superstar

My own experience is good. But I think they're a bit buried, just got an answer to an email I send 6 days ago.

Nothing but great service and products here, this superstar and previous incarnation bashing is getting very boring now!

I'm not publicly complaining about SSC. I just find it very frustrating that they don't answer the phone.

Thanks for the number, I will try it in the morning.

Ah- someone on Bikeradar just pointed out they were at the london cycle show over the weekend which would have messed them right up, same thing happened around the world cup last year. How long have you been trying?

These Guys are in the unit next door, was after a dropper post for the mega and Superstar had the last ones. Was not easy to get hold of them.

I think there answerphone must have run out of tapes, e-mail server full etc. might be quicker to pop over there

That number is for 'We Buy Any Car'!

Still no answer today. Not really a good way to run a business.

If they are away, it's not that difficult to leave a message saying so. Grrrrrr

It would appear that they are in, just not answering the phone. I received an email saying;

'Hello we are flat out at the moment sorting deliveries and returns made via the website. Please email your problem for the quickest response

We apolagise for the delay in getting back to you we have been very busy over the last few days due to the Jan sales'.

Plus they include sweets in their packages. Which is always a winner!

Ordered Friday and dispatch email on Friday too.

Nothing as yet - which is unusual as generally very good.

Hopefully goods have actually been dispatched as per email notification they had been.....

PureRace ARE Superstar - they are one and the same, its no co-incidence they are next-door, its the 'distribution' side of Superstar.

As you can see here:

Companies gets busy, im sure if you give them a chance they will get back to you - too much growth too quickly?

Exactly and they do know how to answer the phone and pass a message across!
