So I'm on a shuttle bus yesterday (in the glorious spring sunshine in Rotorua) 
sat beside a 14 year old dressed like a mixture between a stormtrooper and a raver from the early nineties when he pipes up "I totally blew my shock on that the last run- I'll have to sell my motorbike to pay for a new one"
Thinking I might contact his folks and see if they'd like to adopt another son.....
