[Closed] PF30 musical bottom bracket

i have a 2011 stumpjumper evo and the BB started to make some horrific noises.

on closer inspection the chainring bolts on the granny ring have started to rub on the ISCG bolts. now it didn't do this for the first 9 months or so and it's just started as if the BB has compressed or something and i can't find anything to space it out with. the BB still works perfectly and the bearings are running nice.

any ideas what's gone wrong? can i fix it or is it new BB time?

EDIT: it looks like this one with the little screwing ring for winding the preload up;
