Did you shorten both hoses? If not, would anyone have a spare hose-shortening kit (banjo, hose insert, nut) going spare?
My set from direct from the store came with two, but I've just put an OEM set on another bike and need to shorten one last hose.

I think (and it is a think!) you can get away with using the cheaper avid olive/barb kit. They look very similar.
