Morning All
I have a carbon frame HT and in a couple of places the top layer of laquer has started to peel away taking the graphics with it.

Is it possible to have the rest of the laquer stripped off so the frame has either no graphics or replacements and then re laquered?

It's possible, but the sanding down process is a long and complex job. Just put a sticker or some tape or even some nail varnish over it.
